Dr. Valerie Abad

Executive Director

Dr. Abad, native of Oakland, brings over 40 years experience in education, and over 50 years participating in music to the task of directing the activities of the school. She is the driving force behind the successful launch and operation of COVA.

Mrs. Pat Childs

Office Manager

Mrs. Pat Childs attended Golden Gate Academy as a student and remained to keep the office running and maintain records for Golden Gate Academy alumni.

Jesus Mora

Facilities Manager

Mr. Jesus Mora has the monumental task of maintaining the campus and buildings. He does an excellent job and is an invaluable member of the staff.

Mrs. Lottie Garrison

Registrar

Mrs. Lottie Garrison joined COVA and has taken on the task of keeping all student records and is also a parent of a current COVA student and a COVA graduate.
