Will COVA be a good fit for my child?

Students who love music thrive at COVA. If your child sings or hums often, performs for relatives, plays an instrument and practices on their own, or is drawn to music and instruments, your child would most likely be a great candidate for a music school.

The Application Process

Applications for the following school year are online November 1st - December 10th . All applications received during this period will be eligible for openings at their grade level. If more applications are received than there are spaces available at the close of the application period, a public random drawing will be held to select students and establish the waiting list.

Applications received after December 10th will be placed on a waiting list. Parents are notified when space becomes available. COVA maintains a waiting list during the school year and will offer space that becomes available to students on the waiting list.

The waiting list is not kept from year to year, if a student does not get in during the year applied, a new application must be completed for the next year.
